At American Outcomes Management (AOM), our infusion therapy services are more than just delivering intravenous medications in the home setting. Our team of highly qualified IV therapy nurses and IV pharmacists coordinate, manage and provide care to patients afflicted with a variety of chronic and acute diseases.

Our IV therapy nurses and IV pharmacists work collaboratively to assure the quality and continuity of care provided to our clients. Each patient on service is assigned a clinical team that meets on a regular basis to discuss patient care issues and identify interventions necessary to achieve positive patient outcomes.
