How AOM's Home Infusion Patient Services Work

AOM believes in the team approach to patient care. To ensure consistent and specialized care, each patient is assigned a team of professionals. The collaboration of clinical IV pharmacists and nurses as well as your physician or healthcare provider allows us to deliver safe and dependable home infusion services. AOM has RN patient care managers who oversee all of our patient services and ensure that you are receiving the quality of care you need and deserve.

We offer comprehensive patient education and training to help patients and caregivers have a better understanding of what's involved in our patient services as well as 24-hour access to our toll-free number if any questions or problems should arise.

As part of our commitment to providing exceptional patient services, we have clinical IV pharmacists, nurses and delivery technicians available around the clock to meet your individual care needs.
